Mike Belair runs Clubhouse 24/7 Golf, five unmanned simulator locations across Nova Scotia, single-handedly. No front desk, no staff. He built ClubOS, the AI platform that runs it: it answers customers in his own voice, takes bookings, unlocks the doors, and resets the simulators across every site. Operator-first in the most literal sense. Every project is built by someone who runs a business on automation he wrote himself, not just designs for one.
