Case Study, Clubhouse 24/7 Golf

One person runs five locations.

Clubhouse 24/7 Golf is five unmanned TrackMan simulator locations across Nova Scotia, operated single-handedly. This is what operator-first actually means, and the kind of system Belair Creative builds.

The Challenge

Five locations. Around the clock. No staff.

A 24/7 simulator business should be simple to use and impossible to staff profitably. Five locations open every hour of every day would normally mean a front desk at each one, a support line, a technician on call, and a manager keeping it all consistent.

The bet was that none of that was necessary. That the right system could take the booking, handle the customer, open the door, and fix the hardware, and do it with the judgment of the person who built the business.

The System, ClubOS

One AI platform runs the whole operation.

ClubOS is the platform behind Clubhouse, built end to end. Four jobs, one system, no people in the loop.

Customer service in the owner's voice

An AI trained on the owner's own past replies answers every guest. Not a generic script, the owner's actual judgment, available at every location around the clock. Every customer gets the best answer the business has, every time.

Booking that runs itself

Guests book a bay in a couple of clicks. Rates, availability, and confirmations are handled automatically across all five sites, with no one at a desk to manage them.

Access without a key or a person

The same system unlocks the door for a confirmed booking and locks it after. Five unmanned locations stay open 24/7 without anyone on site.

Hardware that resets itself

When a TrackMan simulator needs a reset, the AI does it remotely. No drive across the province, no technician on call, no downtime waiting for a human.

Inside Clubhouse

Built, branded, and run end to end.

Belair Creative designed the brand, the space, and the system that runs it. The booking kiosk, the access, and the bays all talk to one another. This is one of five locations.

The Result

Owner-level service at every touchpoint.

Five locations run 24/7 with no one on shift. Customers get a fast, consistent answer in the owner’s voice at two in the afternoon or two in the morning. Bookings, access, and hardware take care of themselves.

Most businesses get worse as they scale, because the quality only the owner can deliver gets spread thin across staff. This does the opposite. The owner’s standard is the floor, not the ceiling, and it holds at every location at once.

We build your business the same way.

The systems that run Clubhouse are the systems we build for you. Brand and website on the surface, automation and AI doing the work underneath, all of it owned by you.
