Five locations. Around the clock. No staff.
A 24/7 simulator business should be simple to use and impossible to staff profitably. Five locations open every hour of every day would normally mean a front desk at each one, a support line, a technician on call, and a manager keeping it all consistent.
The bet was that none of that was necessary. That the right system could take the booking, handle the customer, open the door, and fix the hardware, and do it with the judgment of the person who built the business.
